  1. Following is a perspective on the Treinfhir Book by Ronald Koltnow, husband of my sister Barbara Trainer. Thank you Ron for sharing your thoughts on the book, particularly your hope that more TRNRs will be encouraged to write stories for the newest volume of the book. And I would add that anyone who has not yet obtained a copy of the book can do so by reaching out to bookproject@treinfhir.org. We look forward to hearing from you. – Bill Trainer, on behalf of the Book Project editorial team.

A Clan Member’s Perspective on the Treinfhir Book
Family history is more than names on a genealogical chart. Stories about families can touch anyone, relative or not. SHAKING THE ROWAN TREE: The Treinfhir Clan Book Project comprised stories of real people dealing with the life that came their way. History is not always the chronicler of famous lives; every person contributes something. A new collection of stories about the Treanor/Traynor/Trainor/Trainer/Trenor/Trayner/Trener/Treinfhir/McCreanor family is being created now. Do you have a story to tell, about yourself, a relative, or about a history that deals with the family? If you have a tale, historical or contemporary, please submit your story ideas to bookproject@treinfhir.org by 1 February 2023. — Ronald Koltnow, author of BARBERTON FRIED CHICKEN: AN OHIO ORIGINAL
