Noel Murphy is the author of The Gules of August: Revelations 1 , a fictional kids’-adventure book that weaves in the legend of Saint Macartan. Murphy also has a narrated video about The Bells of St. Macartan, part of a series of articles from Northern Sound. You can also listen to the live radio broadcast from Norther Sound through a link at that site and here (opens new page), where you can get the local news and spirit of Cavan and Monaghan.

This is a Facebook group for the Descendants of Peter Traynor and Mary Ann O’Leary Traynor, Canada

Below is a collection of Facebook posts from our Group page (must be a member to view) with keywords added. Searches can be difficult on Facebook since we sometimes don’t have the right search terms. Links below tell a story or offer some archive-worthiness. They have been entered mostly in chronological order by date posted, but sort by that column if you know about when you saw it. Links open in new tab. Many thanks to Charlie Pie Traynor for archiving these over the years so that we can present them here!
