The Schedule Booklet and More

Currently we’re at the at the limit of numbers we take. We can put you on the waiting list if you send us your details.
Here is the schedule booklet that many of you saw at our Gathering ’26 meeting:

Also, we have a time table to help with booking. Attendees have received the booking form link by an email. Please do not share the link with anyone who is not registered for our gathering.

Also, here is a message from Seamus Treanor regarding several topics that came up during the meeting:

ETA:
IF you need it, the official link for the UK ETA is here https://www.gov.uk/eta

You will probably need one if you are from outside of Ireland or the UK, check the details.
It costs £20 (UK)  per person.

There are no checkpoints into Northern Ireland now and you are extremely unlikely to come across anyone official who can check.
It’s a tax basically.

Car hire:
If you hire a car in Dublin and plan on going to Northern Ireland check it’s covered.  They will often charge extra for traveling through NI. Similarly check if you’re hiring from Belfast.

Buses to Monaghan:
The bus from the Airport is a bit of game, particularly in high season.
You need to book a ticket/seat. But if your plane is in early or late then you can lose your place! And at that time of year from BC you can be two hours early or two hours late.
The trick is either to give yourself some leeway or book the ticket for the bus just as you land! [It may seem mad but it works for me. Seamus]

The bus is the number 32. The website is https://www.expressway.ie/routes-and-timetables

Children:
If you are bringing along children aged 16 or under let me know and we can sort out the discounts.

Payment:
We’ll check your bookings and then I’ll send you an invoice, less your deposit of course.
