We have a drawing by Austin Trayner, who has researched the origins of their name! Pictured below is a photo of a copy, with an explanation of the artwork below that. These were provided by his mother Mary. Select the arrow (upper right) to see a full-size image.
Austin has a strong interest in Celtic Art. He lives on a croft on the island of Harris in the Outer Hebrides which he has completely renovated. It has boat access only and now has solar panels, a wind turbine and a water supply from a lochan above the Croft.
We have paintings that were presented by Christine Trainor at our gathering in Monaghan in 2019. These feature oil on canvas or linen. Each individual painting shows its title and medium underneath. Please note the pop-out button at the upper right of each piece, for better viewing. Also, copying and printing the file has been turned off.
