Hello and thank you for allowing me to join. I cannot seem to find where and when the Trainors came to New York / New Jersey. I can only go back a far as John J Trainor 1849 – 1938 and Mary A Kelly Trainor 1851-1900. Would anybody here have any connection tp these two?

Hello, welcome, and thanks very much for your question. I have relatives who were born about that time, some landing in Albany NY and some in Washington DC, but the spelling is Treanor and the birth dates don’t match exactly. If you don’t mind sending your question to [email protected], a couple more people will see it. In the meantime, I will check my resources and get back to you if I discover anything relevant.
